After I transferred data from an older IPhone, the 14 Pro developed a problem. The opening menu Lwelcome etc started cycling rapidly and it would not proceed when I swiped upwards. I had to carry phone to Genius Bar at anApple store for them to wipe the data and restore the original starting menu. The phone battery was at 94% and it passed all of the diagnostic tests. The phone did not have any
The phone worked as normal. However I am nervous that this problem may reoccur.
